So sorry I wasn’t able to be online for the week, but I’ve been so busy! My exams are about to start in a week, so I’m busy studying and meeting deadlines. Now first.. happy late new year to all of you!! May all your dreams come true and I hope you all have a grateful year! Did you all have a great NYE to start 2014?

Some of you might already know I celebrated the first couple of days in the capital of la France.. Paris!! What can I say about this city. It is a wonderful place and even that is not enough to describe it. I really love Paris! Everything looks classy and chic: buildings, streets, shops and the parks are amazingly tranquil. I think I’m blessed I had the opportunity to start this new year in this fabulous city! There would never be a better way, this must going to be a great year!!

Everything was still wrapped in Christmas-lights, which looked magical at night. I visited, amongst many other things: the Sacré Coeur, Mon Martre, Tour de Eiffel, du Louvre and of course the Champs Elysées to shop! I bought delicious macarons at the famous “Maison de Macarons” Ladurée. More about that soon on the blog. Make sure you’ll visit these sights when you ever have plans going to Paris. You will love it!

Furthermore, there is an outlet village near Paris with shops from several brands, such as Céline, Kenzo, Furla, Sonia Rykiel, Sandro, Valentino and so on. They sell items for a “small” price. The village is a charming and cute town, it’s worth looking! Couldn’t find that perfect coat or those sophisticated high heels at La Vallée Village? Don’t worry! There is a shopping mall next to this little fashion town, where you can still spend all your collected money at ZARA or Mango. And there are a lot of restaurants to get lunch or to dine. Of course I brought my camera with me to take a lot of beautiful pictures out there, so many beautiful places I couldn’t even handle (I could fill a book with my photos).
